1. Visiting the concert is at patrons own risk. 2. A ticket for entry to the performance is necessary. 3. Press and guests are required to be pre-approved by the administration of the club. 4. Forbidden items to be brought into the club: - Weapons and self-defense items; - Pyrotechnics; - Piercing and sharp items; - Aerosol cans; - Drugs and paraphernalia; - Food and beverages, including non-alcoholic drinks; - Photo, video and sound recording equipment (except telephones). All of the items above will be confiscated by the Security Service. 5. The visitor may be denied access to concert, if he is drunk or under the influence of drugs, or his actions were inappropriate. 6. The administration of the club is not responsible for lost or unattended items. 7. Delay of the start of the performance due to technical reasons or personal reasons of the artist won’t serve as grounds for a refund. 8. A refund is only possible if the performance is canceled. 9. Temporary exit from the club is not allowed. 10. Violators of the Club Rules may be removed from the club, without any compensation for the value of the ticket, and turned over to the police.
